HOW TO WIN?
- Use MaVIEW to develop an IEC61131-3 program and execute it on a Linux PC
- Fill up our questionnaire and submit along with your program
* Lucky draw winners will be randomly selected and the lucky draw event will be announced and held online within 2 weeks of the end date.
* Participants will only be qualified for the lucky draw after the submissions of complete questionnaire form and program.
* Re-submission is acceptable but one participant with valid name/company name/contact information will be entitled to one entry only.
* Only open for participants who are not working for Chinese companies nor Kyland’s partner companies.
* The final interpretation of all the rules herein is at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to modify the rules without prior notification.

- 2. Download and Install Linux (e.g. Ubuntu) on your x86 PC (30 - 60 mins for installation on an SSD)
Ubuntu (16.04.7):
- 3. Download MaVIEW RTE, install it onto Linux PC and run your PLC program (10 mins)
- MaVIEW Linux RTE * download and check the MD5 (via WinMD5 or other tools) before installation to avoid malware

GLOSSARY
- 'MaVIEW' is an IEC61131-3 programming IDE tool (supports ST, LD, FBD) and Linux based RTE, which makes user easy to transform a x86 based computer to a software defined PLC
- 'Intewell' is a customized Linux distribution with dedicated Hypervisor tool, which allows user to create multiple real-time & non-real-time OS instances. User can easily 'virtualize' a Windows desktop for general applications like SCADA software along with other real-time applications like IEC61131-3 software defined control RTE (e.g. Kyland MaVIEW RTE)
- 'NewPre' is Kyland's Industrial Computing Server which has Intewell & MaVIEW RTE pre-installed
