Introduction
Comisión Federal de Electricidad (CFE) is the only Mexican Utility on charge of all energy process, including Generation, Transmission and Distribution process. This year (2023) one of the 16 Distribution Regions start with the process to upgrade all their legacy substations. In the first step, CFE start upgrading 15 substations.
