August 9th to 14th, VIII SIMPASE was held in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. Kyland took part in this symposium together with its Brazilian partner Westcon. Simpase is a biannual symposium of Brazilian Cigre Committee, and being a traditional event in the sector, it has been one of the cornerstones for the exchange of information on the electric sector.

During this fair, Kyland full product series including IEC61850 compliant SICOM3024P series, SICOM3000, SICOM3016, SICOM3000BA, and KIEN, KOM series have attracted a lot of customers’ interests. Among these products, Kyland’s solution for IEC61850 correspondant smart grid: SICOM3024P, and solution for industrial grade media converters KOM series have received high comments and several testing demands. 

Through this fair, Kyland brought its successful solutions for industrial Ethernet applications to Brazilian market, share its successful experience in globalwide electric power projects, and began to cooperate with the most successful local system integrators and big customers.
