Software-defined 14-axis real-time coordinated motion control, setting new heights in industrial robot control
At the exhibition site, Kyland Industrial Server NewPre3000 performed a shocking demonstration of software-defined motion control: Kyland Intewell Intelligent Industrial Operating System embedded with an industrial server virtualized a real-time and non-real-time system, and the real-time system cooperated with 14 axes. Synchronous motion control, non-real-time system runs AI machine vision; that is; two 6-axis industrial robots and one 2-axis positioner system perform production tasks under the cooperation of industrial vision. This realizes the integration of motion control, PLC control, industrial machine vision and other functions through the Intewell Intelligent Industrial Operating System on the same hardware platform, and realizes the linkage control of industrial vision recognition in the actual production process.
